  • select which type of device you need to activate:
    • Tracfone Phone:
      • click on the “CONTINUE” button located under the ” I HAVE A TRACFONE PHONE” title
      • type in your Tracfone IMEI/MEDI/Serial Number in the space provided
      • agree to the terms and conditions
      • click on the “CONTINUE” button
      • continue to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the online activation
    • Your Current Smartphone:
      • click on the “CONTINUE” button located under the “I’M BRINGING MY OWN SMARTPHONE” title
      • agree to the terms and conditions
      • if you have a SIM card type in the the SIM card number in the space provided and then click and the continue button to move forward and complete the online activation; if you DO NOT have a SIM card click on the “CONTINUE” button located under the “NO, I DON”T HAVE ONE / NOT SURE” title
      • select the carrier you were previously with or compatible with and then continue to move forward and provide all the required information to complete the online activation
